A little bit about me……
I am a dedicated & accredited Menopause Fitness Coach passionate about helping women feel strong, confident, and supported throughout their menopause journey.
Now in my fifties, I understand first-hand the physical and emotional changes women can experience during this stage of life. A gym lover, Hyrox athlete, horse owner, wife and proud mum of grown-up twins aged 18, I combine real-life experience with a supportive and relatable approach to women’s health and fitness.
I am able to offer online advice and guidance, alongside one-to-one personal training (in person locally and worldwide online), helping women improve their strength, confidence, energy, and overall wellbeing during menopause.
Alongside supporting individuals, I am also passionate about working with healthcare professionals, business owners, HR directors, and managers to help improve menopause support within the workplace, encouraging healthier, happier, and more supported employees.
Whether through fitness, education, or workplace wellbeing initiatives, my mission is simple: to help women navigate menopause with confidence and feel empowered in every stage of life.
