The programme focuses on key lifestyle areas including sleep, stress management, movement, self-care, mindset, energy levels, and work-life balance through practical guidance, achievable goals, and easy-to-follow advice. It is designed to help women feel more balanced, confident, and in control while making sustainable lifestyle changes that support long-term health and wellbeing.
Pt & 1:1 coaching information
The One-to-One Online Personal Training Programme has been designed to provide women aged 40+ with personalised fitness support tailored to their individual menopause journey, lifestyle, and goals.
The programme focuses on improving strength, confidence, fitness, energy levels, mobility, and overall wellbeing through customised workout plans, ongoing guidance, accountability, and regular support. Designed to fit around busy lifestyles, the online coaching approach helps women create sustainable fitness habits in a supportive, realistic, and empowering way.
Small group coaching is also available within Derbyshire Dales and the immediate surrounding area. Further details will be added when finalised.
peak & Glow course
The 6 week Menopause Programme has been designed to support women aged 40+ through a structured and supportive approach to improving fitness, wellbeing, confidence, and overall health during menopause.
The programme combines fitness guidance, lifestyle support, wellbeing advice, and practical education to help women better understand and manage the changes experienced during menopause. The programme focuses on creating sustainable habits that improve strength, energy levels, mindset, and overall quality of life.
The programme can be delivered in person for individuals, businesses, & corporate organisations as part of workplace wellbeing initiatives, helping employers better support women experiencing menopause within the workplace.
